根据目前已经建立的地面和空间的远距离自由空间通信平台,发展和组建全球化量子通信网络。克服量子信号弱容易受外界环境干扰的缺点,开发不受限于晚间、突破白天限制、能全天时稳定运行的量子保密通信。进行水下量子通信,拓展量子通信应用领域。研发更高亮度量子纠缠源,促进通信网络的稳定运行。基于地面和空间的远距离自由空间通信平台,在空间大尺度下验证量子力学基本问题。
