Liao Sheng-kai, male, born in July 1983 in Hunan. Associate Professor of University of Science and Technology of China. I received a doctorate degree in engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2010.My research field is quantum science and study in space electronics system and quantum communication system. I have participated in projects such as HJ1B satellite, Tiangong2 and Quantum Science Experiment Satellite. In the Quantum Science Experiment Satellite Project, I am the chief designer of Quantum Experimental Control and Processor payload, the deputy chief designer of Quantum Entangled Transmitter payload, the chief designer of Quantum Communication Terminal in the ground station; In Tingong2 space lab Quantum Key Distribution Project I am the chief designer of electrical system. In recent years, I published more than 10 Articles research papers in the Nature (1), Nature Photonics (1), Physical Review Letters (3), IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON NUCLEAR SCIENCE (3), Optics Express (1) and other journals .
